Humane training commitment
Operant is built for positive reinforcement and humane behavioral coaching. You agree not to use Operant to plan, promote, or execute punishment-based or aversive training methods, including shock, prong, choke, or intimidation-based techniques.
Not professional advice
Operant provides educational and organizational tools. Content from the app, AI coach, or website is not veterinary, medical, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for health, safety, or aggression concerns.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data without permission, or upload unlawful or abusive content.
Sitter protocol links are read-only shares. You are responsible for what you publish in a protocol and who receives the link.
Member perks and third-party offers
The app may surface partner offers or affiliate links. Those offers are provided by third parties and may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party products, pricing, or fulfillment.
Intellectual property
Operant, its branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and you grant us a license to host and process it solely to operate the service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Operant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using Operant at any time.
